  • Payment Terms: Our online shopping cart and checkout is powered by PayPal secure checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to place an order and all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted.

    Sorry, we do not accept COD orders, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks or Personal Checks at this time.

    Damaged or Missing Merchandise: In the case of damaged merchandise please contact UPS immediately at 1-800-PICK-UPS. Please have available the UPS tracking number located on the UPS label on the box. All goods must be returned to UPS in the original box with all of the original packaging materials. Failure to do so may delay the shipment of replacement goods. All claims must be made with UPS within 3 business days of delivery.

    Southern Merchandising Group is not responsible for event dates. Please be aware of our shipping time and allow yourself enough time in the event damage occurs during shipment. Our packaging experts are highly trained in packaging according to all UPS guidelines and requirements, and although very rare please be aware that damages do sometimes occur. We are happy to replace any damaged or missing items in your order but please note that all replacement merchandise will be shipped UPS Ground at no charge. Customers needing express shipment (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select) of replacment items will be responsible for the extra charges of that shipment unless the original order was shipped UPS express. If your order was placed with express delivery (i.e. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) the replacement will be shipped with the same service at no no cost to you.

    Refunds & Returns:

    If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. We are unable to accept returns on any items after the thirty day period or on edible items such as petal dust edible pearls and gumpaste flowers as well as any items that have been used. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee applied to all returns.

  • At this time, WeddingFads.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Additionally, WeddingFads.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico. Sorry, we are unable to ship to all other international addresses - this includes all FPO and APO addresses as well as Guam, US Virgin Islands and all other US territories.

    Shipping to Canada & Mexico
    We are now offering shipping to Mexico and Canada with the exclusion of the Northwest Territory, Yukon Territory & Nanavut.
      
    All items marked Made in the USA will be offered duty free according to NAFTA guidelines. All other items unless so noted will require duties payment before your merchandise can be released from customs. You will also be expected to pay a goods tax at the rate required by your country.

    There will be a $10.00 brokerage fee upon reciept of your merchandise for all UPS Ground shipments on orders less than $185 US dollars. The brokerage fee will be based on a percentage of the invoice amount for all orders over $185. If you would like an estimate of taxes due please call customer service at (501) 654-8886.

    Delivery Time:
    At WeddingFads.com we strive to ship all orders wthin 24-48 hrs of the order date, however, due to larger order volumes during the peak wedding season (March thru October) handling times may be up to 2 - 3 business days. For customers needing their merchandise within 1 -2 weeks should call customer service to request rush shipment. If the merchandise will reach you within your alloted time frame using Ground Service, there will be no extra charge for rush orders. Ground shipping in-transit times vary by state, please see our map below for shipment time to your location.

  • WeddingFads.com charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate for Arkansas customers only.
